• Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. You may choose UPS 2-Day Air during checkout for an additional charge. Note certain bulk items are ground shipping only. UPS delivers Monday-Friday. Saturday delivery is available for $12 additional charge (please contact us to request Saturday delivery if needed). UPS does not include weekends when calculating delivery time. A package shipped 2nd Day Air on Thursday, for example, would be scheduled for Monday delivery. |

• UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. When possible please make sure the shipping address includes a street address where the shipment can be signed for when applicable. Orders to PO Boxes without street addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Note bulk weight items are shipped via UPS Ground only and require street address. |

• Orders to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via US Post Office Priority Mail. Transit times vary depending on operational conditions and unit of addressee. Those in established bases should receive regular service, while those in forward areas or engaged in operations may experience longer arrival times due to logistical constraints. Average delivery time for Priority Mail packages is 10 to 15 days. |

• International orders are shipped via US Post Office. For approximate shipping cost, please send email specifying item(s) you are interested in ordering. Note that most Banks outside the US do not perform electronic Name/Address verification on credit card transactions, and therefore, you may be requested to send payment via US Post Office Money Order or Western Union. |
