   How fast are orders shipped?
Most items are shipped within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays). Items are normally shipped from our New York location, however some items may be shipped from Florida, California or other locations. Click here for more information about shipping.
 
 
   How do I know when my order will be delivered?
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours via UPS Ground. You may choose UPS 2-Day Air during checkout for an additional charge. Approximate delivery time for UPS Ground shipments are: East Coast: 2-3 business days, Central States: 2-4 business days, West Coast: 3-5 business days.    Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we only ship to US locations. Please email us for any special international shipping requirements.
 
 
   What is the Returns policy?
We wish your complete satisfaction with your purchase, and will accept returns for any unused product within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping charges must be prepaid. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.    What Warranties come with the items?
All of the items that are sold on our website are new and come with the original manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, you may contact us or the manufacturer directly.
 
 
   How can I get more information about an item?
The quickest way is to send us an email. We typically answer email inquiries within 2-3 hours.
 
 
   Are all items shown on the website In Stock?
Unfortunatly, we do not currently have the capability to update the website with current inventory status. Therefore, some items which are low in inventory may not be available. If you place an order for an item that is not in stock, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
 
 
   Is it safe to give my credit card information online?
All orders are processed using secure ordering technology with special encryption to minimize the possiblity of credit card theft. Most banks offer automatic protection against online credit card fraud in the event you should ever have a problem.
 
 
   When is my Credit Card charged for my order?
We do not process Credit Card charges until orders have been shipped.
 
 
   What Credit Cards are accepted?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.
 
 
   How do I know if my online order was processed?
When your online order is complete you will be able to print a receipt of the order. You will also receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.
 
 
   What if I make a mistake on my order?
Please notify by email us as soon as possible of any errors in your order or if you wish to cancel the order. Most items are shipped within 24 hours, so we need to know quickly of errors or cancellations.
 
 
   Can I send in an order by Fax?
Orders are typically processed faster using the online process, but you may also fax your order to 877-810-5557. Please include contact name, phone number and email address.
